- Because no two engagements are the same. We price around the outcome you need and the shape of work that gets you there — not a per-seat licence. After a short conversation we send a clear, itemized quote so there are no surprises.
- How do you decide which model fits?
- It depends on where you are. If the idea still needs shaping, a Discovery Sprint de-risks it fast. If the scope is clear, Project Delivery ships it to a defined outcome. If you need ongoing capacity, a Dedicated Team scales with your roadmap. We'll recommend the fit honestly.
- What's included in a quote?
- Scope, milestones, the team involved, and the assumptions behind the number — written down. You keep control of priorities throughout, and we flag anything that would change the estimate before it does, not after.
